Tier 2 Infrastructure Credentials Addendum

This addendum applies when your organization opts into Credential Disclosure Tier 2 on the Vouus platform.

Scope

Tier 2 may disclose, via one-time secure reveal:

• ERP built-in super-user credentials (e.g. Frappe Administrator, Odoo admin, Gokiri thinERP sysadmin)
• Optionally: database or OS access when contractually agreed

Customer responsibilities

• You are responsible for storage, rotation, and leakage of credentials after reveal.
• Vouus operators do not access Tier 2 credentials during normal operations.
• Misuse or public exposure may void certain SLA remedies.

Regulatory

Where GDPR or PDPA applies, Tier 2 disclosure is performed under your instruction as data controller for infrastructure access decisions.
