Managed (default — Tier 0)
Most plans use Vouus Managed hosting:
- We operate your dedicated ERP VM (Frappe today; Odoo Community / Gokiri thinERP on roadmap).
- You sign in with your registered work email on Work Desk and Work App.
- Use Open Work Desk from the account portal — no ERP super-user password is provided.
- Service administrator password (account portal billing/settings) is separate and sent in its own email.
Self-service Work password (Tier 1)
Optional add-on for organizations that need to copy a Work password manually. Available on Pro+ or by request.
Full infrastructure (Tier 2)
Enterprise or Enterprise BYO customers may opt in to receive ERP super-user credentials after accepting the Tier 2 addendum.
BYO customers should also review the BYO hosting addendum.
Multi-ERP credential parity
The platform OSS ERP catalog lists Frappe, Odoo Community, and Gokiri thinERP as selectable backends (region availability varies). All catalog products use the same credential tier model; only the built-in super-user account name differs.
