BYO Hosting Addendum

Applies to Enterprise BYO customers who operate their own ERP VM or cloud while using Vouus account portal, Work App, and API gateway.

Vouus provides

Account portal (billing, users, onboarding)
Work App and Zuplo API integration
Connector health monitoring (read-only where configured)

Customer provides and operates

ERP application VM or container host
OS patching, ERP major upgrades, database backup
Network path from Vouus gateway to your ERP endpoint

Support boundaries

Platform support covers Vouus-controlled services. ERP upgrade execution on your infrastructure is professional services unless otherwise contracted.

Credential tier

Enterprise BYO defaults to Tier 2 credential policy. Infrastructure super-user credentials may be revealed after signing the Tier 2 addendum.
